Georgia man sentenced to 46 months in prison for Medicare fraud

The Department of Justice announced a Georgia man has been sentenced to 46 months in prison and fined over $7.2m for his role in a scheme to pay and receive illegal kickbacks in exchange for inducing Medicare beneficiaries to accept medically unnecessary genetic tests.
