Victoria Pinnington

Victoria retired in 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Market Regulation at the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), the culmination of an extraordinary 27-year career with the organization and its predecessors. In addition to her oversight of all CIRO’s market-related activities, she was a highly respected member of the Executive Management Team.  Over her career, Victoria contributed to the development of rules and frameworks which strengthened the integrity of Canada’s financial markets and is recognized both within and outside of Canada for her expertise.
