Polish crypto firms in regulatory limbo as MiCA rolled out across the EU

Options are limited for Polish crypto firms that want to continue operating.

As of July 1, the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) is in effect across the whole of the EU. The exception is Poland, which is now the only EU member state without a functioning domestic licensing regime – leaving up to 2,000 local firms in regulatory uncertainty.
