In addition, the confirmation must disclose:

  • The settlement date for transactions in:
    • any National Market System (NMS) stock; or
    • any security subject to the reporting requirements of the FINRA Rule 6600 Series, other than direct participation programs.
  • For a callable equity security:
    • that the security is callable; and
    • that the customer may contact the firm for additional information about the security.
