Lithuanian DPA fines company over multiple personal data breaches

The company was fined after VDAI identified GDPR compliance weaknesses related to incident reporting and data security.

Lithuania’s State Data Protection Directorate (VDAI) has imposed an administrative fine of €450,000 ($513,265) on UAB InMedica, one of the largest private medical clinic networks in Lithuania, after finding multiple violations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to personal data breaches.
