Tech CEO indicted for data center misrepresentations that defrauded SEC

Deepak Jain allegedly falsely claimed that his data centers were certified at maximum levels to obtain a contract with the SEC.

Deepak Jain, CEO of a data services company the Wall Street Journal identified as AiNET, has been indicted by a DC grand jury for making false statements regarding the security of his data centers.
