Bing (Rose) Le advises multinational clients across a broad range of industries on complex, cross-border internal investigations and compliance matters. She counsels clients on high-stakes and sensitive investigations, including those presenting potential government enforcement exposure under anti-corruption regimes such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition, she advises on the design, implementation, and enhancement of global compliance programs, including third-party due diligence, M&A-related compliance reviews, and regulatory risk management.
