Daniella is the founder of Danesmead ESG. Danesmead ESG provide ESG services for investment managers, specialising in Private Equity and Hedge Funds. Their offering includes both advisory and outsourced ESG services, providing knowledge, experience, and resource in this rapidly evolving space. Danesmead ESG has developed a global client base of investment managers representing >$560 billion AUM in total. They help clients to launch ESG labelled products, outsource ESG altogether, improve in-house processes and satisfy the most demanding investors. Prior to that Daniella worked at Arrowgrass Capital. She sat on Arrowgrass’ Business Committee and led the ESG Committee, managing the launch of a socially responsible investment vehicle, PRI reporting, carbon offsetting and representing Arrowgrass on the PRI Relative Value Hedge Fund Working Group. Daniella started her career at Goldman Sachs working primarily in the Hedge Fund Consulting team in Prime Brokerage.
