Joanne is a consumer finance and retail financial services regulatory partner with particular focus on the consumer credit and regulated mortgages regimes. Joanne also advises on payment services and e-money.

Joanne has worked as a dedicated consumer finance lawyer since qualifying in 2002. During that time, Joanne has gained diverse experience of the retail financial services sector including banking and finance litigation, consumer finance regulation as well as working in-house as the Head of UK Legal for U.S based consumer lending group. Joanne has also spent time on secondment with a number of retail finance providers.
