CFTC acting chair Pham seeks innovation while also getting back to basics

Caroline Pham served as CFTC Commissioner for two years before being tapped for the acting chair role, and previously was Managing Director of Citigroup.

On January 20, the CFTC announced that Commissioner Caroline Pham had been named Acting Chair of the agency. She has served there since her confirmation for the role in March 2022.
