HRSA health centers deliver ‘record-breaking’ care to 32.7 million patients

HRSA health centers are driving prevention first care, expanding access in underserved communities, and reinforcing accountability across the nation’s primary care system.

More than 32.7 million patients were served by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)-funded health centers in 2025, marking the highest patient volume in the program’s 61-year history. The figure, announced by the HRSA, represents an increase of over 350,000 patients from 2024, underscoring the expanding role of health centers
