A coalition of 23 industry associations representing medical technology companies, technology providers, digital infrastructure firms, and small-to-midsize enterprise companies (SMEs) has issued a joint statement expressing concern over the direction of negotiations on the European Union’s (EU) Digital Omnibus proposal.
The Digital Omnibus was originally intended to streamline overlapping rules
