Ahead of the wider release of frontier AI models, President Donald Trump’s latest executive order is directing federal agencies to develop a voluntary framework for evaluating the cybersecurity capabilities of the technology.

The order also called for the creation of an AI cybersecurity clearinghouse intended to coordinate efforts by stakeholders
