Eli Lilly begins enforcing expanded 340B data compliance

The drug maker says data about individual transactions, including patient, provider, service, and payment details, is needed to meet obligations under the Inflation Reduction Act.

A deadline set by pharmaceutical manufacturer Eli Lilly for hospitals to submit claims-level data under the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program has passed, leaving some providers at risk of losing access to discounted drug pricing.
