Democratic-led states challenge CMS Medicaid work requirement

A coalition of Democratic-led states has filed lawsuits challenging the Trump administration’s interim final rule (IFR) for implementing new Medicaid work requirements, arguing that the rules unlawfully restrict exemptions and could jeopardize health coverage for vulnerable residents.
