A Trump DOJ first: FCPA bribery charges

The US Justice Department (DOJ) has announced that two Mexican businessmen living in the US are being charged with taking part in a bribery scheme to secure at least $2.5m in business with Mexico’s state-owned oil company, Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and its wholly owned exploration and production subsidiary.
