Carolyn M. Welshhans | Morgan Lewis

Carolyn Welshhans held a number of senior leadership roles at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) before joining Morgan Lewis, including associate director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and acting data officer for the division. She also served as an assistant director in the enforcement division’s Cyber and Market Abuse units. Carolyn advises and defends public companies, startups, financial institutions, and their executives in investigations by the SEC and other financial regulators and in internal investigations.
