Michael Hacker represents financial institutions, public companies, accounting firms, directors, officers, and other individuals in securities, professional liability, and corporate governance litigation. The subject matter of these representations runs the gamut from securities class actions, accounting malpractice cases, post-closing disputes, books and records demands, broker-customer arbitrations, and complex commercial litigation.
