Jennifer Passagne is a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings in London.

Her practice focuses on fund-level financing transactions (NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, SMA deals, GP support lines and capital call facilities) across all sectors and asset classes, as well as private credit, leveraged and acquisition finance, and other corporate finance transactions. Jennifer advises banks, nonbank lenders, alternative investment funds and private equity sponsors at all levels of the capital structure, and she excels at assisting clients navigate innovative and complex transactions from start to finish. She works with clients throughout the life of a financing, and her broad experience equips her in devising bespoke fund finance solutions for her clients.
