The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced participating states in a nationwide Medicaid drug payment initiative designed to reduce prescription drug costs through international reference pricing.
The program, known as the GENErating cost Reductions fOr US Medicaid (GENEROUS) Model, is being administered through the CMS Innovation Center.
