Danko Koncar ordered to pay €120m in supplementary amounts of conditional fine

Danko Koncar failed to comply with the obligations to publish a public bid for shares in Afarak Group Plc.

FIN-FSA, the Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland, has ordered Croatian entrepreneur Danko Koncar to pay €120m ($138.2m) in supplementary amounts of a conditional fine which accrued from September 17, 2020, to September 16, 2021.

The order came because Koncar failed to publish a bid for shares in Afarak Group Plc, and failed to provide
