European Commission delivers a landmark DMA fine against Google

The Commission concluded that Google failed to comply with Digital Markets Act (DMA) provisions related to its gatekeeper designation.

The European Commission has concluded its investigation into Google’s conduct under the DMA, deciding to impose a €890m ($940m) total fine for non-compliance with the regulation.
