Grand jury says $10m from a Medicaid settlement was improperly diverted to Hope Florida, raising concerns about oversight and use of public funds.

A Florida state grand jury has concluded that $10m from a Medicaid settlement was misappropriated when it was directed to the Hope Florida Foundation, though jurors said they found insufficient evidence to bring criminal charges.
