Women still underrepresented in top banking roles in Denmark

Compliance check shows slow change in leadership demographics as Danish credit institutions continue to focus on diversity and talent development.

A new report from the Danish FSA, Finanstilsynet, finds that diversity in the leadership positions of Danish credit institutions is showing slow improvements, with men still overly represented in executive roles.

While the average age for holders of directorial positions is increasing, women find themselves particularly underrepresented in company boards.
