Arctic Securities employee arrested in an insider trading investigation

Charges have been brought for violations of Norway’s Securities Act and the Criminal Code.

One investor in Kristiansand and one employee at the Norwegian investment firm Arctic Securities have been arrested and charged on suspicion of insider trading. The authorities have detained the individuals for two weeks while the investigation is ongoing.
