Joseph Healy focuses his practice on the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers. Joe counsels clients on the formation, registration, and ongoing regulation of investment companies, including active and passive exchange traded funds and mutual funds. He also assists clients with ongoing regulatory compliance, corporate governance, digital asset, and other securities law issues. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joe worked for in-house counsel at a global asset manager.
