DOJ and DHS partner on cross-agency Trade Fraud Task Force

DOJ said it invites the “vital contributions of whistleblowers who can help identify fraud schemes involving an array of imported products.”

The US Department of Justice (DOJ )has launched a cross-agency Trade Fraud Task Force to bring robust enforcement against importers and other parties who seek to defraud the United States.

The Task Force will use existing coordination mechanisms within the DOJ and leverage expertise from both the civil and criminal
