FTC argues that coordination between competitors in how they make employment decisions could violate federal law.

Earlier this year, 42 prominent US law firms received an official warning letter regarding certain diversity-focused hiring practices they engage in.

Penned by FTC Chair Andrew N Ferguson, the communication served to notify the firms that their approach may possibly raise antitrust concerns.
