Healthcare data company, eight insurers named in price-fixing suit

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes has filed a lawsuit accusing healthcare data company MultiPlan – wholly owned by Claritev Corporation – and eight major health insurers of engaging in a price‑fixing scheme that she says suppressed provider payments and increased financial burdens on patients.
