Protecting minors a priority on Safer Internet Day

Police and corporations say they are taking measures to shield young users from harmful content.

Corporations have said they are focused on delivering age-appropriate online experiences for younger users, and on safety controls for teenagers in particular. The comments were made on Safer Internet Day, which this year is titled “Smart tech, safe choices – Exploring the safe and responsible use of AI.”
