The following functions are not considered critical or important:

Article 30(2)
Advisory services, and any services that do not form part of the investment business of the firm including: legal advice, training of personnel, billing services, security of the firm's premises, and personnel.
Article 30(2)(b)
The purchase of standardized services, including market information services and the provision of price feeds.
