Key provisions:

  • Establishes minimum share price standards for continued listing. A company falls out of compliance if its average closing share price remains below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days.
  • A six-month cure period allows companies to regain compliance after receiving notice from the Exchange. The company must notify the Exchange of its intent to cure the deficiency.
  • Compliance is restored when share price thresholds are met by the final trading day of a calendar month, including both:
    • a closing share price of at least $1.00; and
    • a 30-trading-day average closing share price of at least $1.00.
  • Failure to meet these standards by the end of the cure period may result in suspension and delisting proceedings.
