Sanction of SKr2m for AIFM Capital over violations in fund hotel operations

The Swedish FSA had multiple concerns about the company’s operations.

A warning and fine of SKr2m ($204,000) have been issued to AIFM Capital AB for violating rules on how a fund company enters into an agreement to allow another company to manage its funds, and also for failing to monitor such funds.
