Senate’s crypto bill has more than 75 amendments, heads to committee

Senators from both parties have filed the amendments ahead of upcoming crypto market structure legislation hearings.

The US senate has unveiled draft legislation that would create a regulatory framework for cryptocurrency that, if signed into law, would clarify financial regulators’ jurisdiction over the asset space.
