Last week, the US Justice Department (DOJ) settled Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) charges against Millicom International Cellular SA, a telecommunications and media company focused on emerging markets with headquarters in Luxembourg and a principal place of business in Florida.
Millicom will pay $118.2m and enter into a two-year deferred-prosecution
