CMS proposes flat rates for 2027 Medicare Advantage to ensure ‘sustainability’

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released proposed payment rates in Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D for 2027 – and health insurance providers aren’t happy about it.

According to a CMS fact sheet on the proposed rules, the net payment rate increase would be 0.09% for MA
