At six months, TrumpRx shows deep discounts but limited reach

The federal drug discount site has expanded its catalog and delivered steep price cuts for select medications, but is it living up to its promises.

TrumpRx, the federal direct‑to‑consumer drug‑discount website launched February 5 by President Trump, will reach its six‑month mark on August 5 with a mixed record.

The much-touted platform has produced meaningful savings for certain drugs, yet it has not achieved the broad marketplace, lowest‑price guarantees, or widespread consumer use
