Confidence key as consumers turn to social media and AI financial advice

Two studies reveal challenges for financial services professionals.

Financial advice on social media platforms is leading to average losses of £700 ($946) for individual consumers in the UK, according to a survey by UK-based bank TSB. And 6 in 10 people who acted on such advice said they regretted it.

The research surveyed 2,000 UK adults and found;
