The FCA has proposed to delay the cessation of the publication of synthetic US dollar LIBOR settings to 2024; Consultation open until 6 January 2023.
Under the FCA’s proposal the 1-, 3- and 6- month synthetic US dollar LIBOR settings would continue to be published until the end of September 2024.
