Pay transparency reform in the UK – key changes ahead

Pay transparency is sweeping the globe – your salary may not be a secret for much longer, say experts.

It all began with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (the Directive), which came into force June 7, 2023, and must be implemented by EU Member States by June 7, 2026.
