Lottery.com, a digital platform that allows users to purchase lottery tickets, has received a civil lawsuit from the SEC in Manhattan federal court.
The regulator is also suing three former employees of the company, including its former CEO Lawrence Anthony DiMatteo, while charging Vadim Komissarov, the CEO of a
