Estonia considers a financial ombudsman as finserv complaints rise

Similarly to the Nordic countries, the rise in complaints is a result of a wave of fraudulent activities.

The Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finantsinspektsioon – FI) reported receiving 507 complaints related to financial services during 2025, marking an increase of more than 35% when compared to 2024.
