Prometheum says it can bring crypto trading into regulated US market

Plan uses exemption US regulatory authorities developed 50 years ago to allow trading of shares that have certain restrictions.

Brokerage firm Prometheum has announced it has a blueprint to bring crypto trading into the regulated marketplace, as the battle over the terms of regulation heats up.

The company, Prometheum Ember Capital, is is claiming on its website that it is the first SEC-registered broker-dealer and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
