Health trio sues leading healthcare company for ‘siphoning’  340B funds

The plaintiffs allege that the company and its affiliates diverted funds that should have been passed through to hospitals participating in the drug-pricing program.

Three major US health systems have filed federal lawsuits accusing CVS Health and several of its affiliates of improperly withholding roughly $250m in savings tied to the 340B drug pricing program.
