ASIC roundup: Mecca group fined, regulatory reliefs, plus more

Failures to lodge audited financial reports on time has resulted in three large proprietary companies associated with the Mecca group paying a joint sum of A$594,000 ($407,466) in infringement notices, Australia’s securities regulator ASIC has said in a press release.
