FCA confirms changes to streamline senior manager accountability

Latest changes are the first phase of a multi-stage package of reform from the government and regulators.

UK regulators have confirmed new changes to their senior managers accountability regime, in an effort to make the regime more efficient and proportionate while maintaining strong individual accountability. 

The FCA and the PRA have said the changes will also allow firms to benefit from reduced costs and greater flexibility, and find it easier
