NASAA urges Congress to pass SAFE Act and allow states to rein in fraud

NASAA asks Senate Banking Committee to preserve their police power to protect Americans from fraud, especially ones involving digital assets.

The North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) issued a letter to the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, urging Congress to pass the Support Anti-Fraud Enforcement or “SAFE” Act.
