The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets has made an extraordinary decision, says Ashurst.

The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (the AFM) has fined BUX BV (BUX) €1.6m ($1.8m) for, in its view, breaching inducement rules (see the AFM’s full decision). We consider the AFM’s decision to be wrong on every level.
