Extended orders against First Mutual Private Equity and Gregory Cotton – September 11, 2025

The orders that were made in August to freeze bank accounts of Gregory Raymond Cotton and First Mutual Private Equity Pty Ltd have been extended.

The Federal Court orders also continue to bar Cotton and the company from incurring
