In a major enforcement action last week, the FCA announced it had fined John Wood Group £12.9m ($17.2m) for publishing inaccurate information about its financial results over multiple years.
Misleading statements were published in the firm’s full-year 2022 and 2023 financial results and the half-year 2024 results, the financial watchdog said.
